Ordering your freeze dried food, dehydrated food, sprouting seeds and organic spices

1. Request a catalog by clicking on an email link.

2. We'll reply and send you two order forms. One for freeze dried and dehydrated foods, the other for organic spices and sprouting seeds.

3. Simply choose the products you wish to order and type in the number of product you want. The spreadsheet will calculate your order for you.

4. Email the order back to us.

5. Mail a check for the total to :

6. When your check is cleared we'll order your food. The dehydrated food and the spices can be shipped anywhere in the continental US. The freeze dried food is shipped FREE to Yelm.

7. Please note, that due to a backlog of orders at Mountain House , the freeze dried food is taking several weeks to be delivered. We'll email you as soon as it arrives!
